Just a solid selection for taking strolls in Harrisburg with real value for money. Front desk staff was very helpful.

The room had nice amenities like a fridge, coffee maker, and full linens. Great breakfast options too. Front desk staff were super helpful. The new room was clean and had an updated bathroom. Fitness centre and hot tub were a nice touch. Gilligan's nearby is a must!

The location was convenient for my needs.
The staff was unprofessional and I found blood on the bathroom wall. The breakfast was terrible with no coffee and dirty utensils.

I chose this hotel for its location near Strites Orchard Farm Market and Bakery - a place I was eager to visit. However, the reliable service and professional staff at Best Western Plus pleasantly surprised me. The horizontal grab bar at the foot of the tub was a thoughtful feature that I appreciated.
Poor customer experience.

Comfortable and clean rooms, fast check-in/out, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, accommodating for handicapped guests.
Felt totally relaxed, no complaint.
